The small plates trend looks like it's here to stay: you can't walk into a restaurant without seeing something shareable on its menu. And why note? This style of eating, made famous by Spanish tapas and Greek meze, invites sharing, and you get to taste lots of favors without committing to one big entree.
It's all about small plates at this boldly designed restaurant in the lobby of the Radisson Hotel, where the mantra is all about sitting and grazing your way through the evening one order at a time. The interior features a funky library-like decor filled with white patent-leather banquettes, zebra carpeting and an array of couches meant for longing. Chef Bill Rosenberg, the former executive chef of F.I.S.H., oversees the kitchen, which churns out Mediterranean-like fare including empanadas, charcuterie platters aand wood-burning oven pizzas.
